Genex Nursing Institute

Genex Nursing Institute is a male nursing institution established in 2021 under the Genex Suptenndu Group. The objective of the institute is to provide skilled training and education to students interested in pursuing a career as male nurses. The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program offered by the institute has an intake capacity of 60 students per batch. The institute is affiliated by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC). Our institute is recognised by Swasthya Bhawan. 

Our course aims to groom candidates & to help them develop into excellent medical professionals who will make a meaningful contribution towards our country’s health care system.

The institute's campus is equipped with modern infrastructure that includes classrooms, laboratories, a multi-purpose hall, staff and common rooms, a library, an AV room, bathrooms, and a store room. The labs are well-equipped with modern equipment and technology to facilitate practical classes. The institute also provides soft-skills training, outdoor practice at government hospitals, hostel and hygiene canteen facilities, job assistance, education loan assistance, and scholarship programs. The institute also conducts cultural programs and non-academic activities to help students develop communication skills and learn to use their intelligence in crisis situations. The institute's admission office is located in the Village- Mulkathi, P.O- Machkhanda, P.S - Raina, Near- Alameen Mission, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal: 713103. The Genex Suptenndu Group, under which the institute is operated, has several educational branches covering professional and mainstream studies.

About Genex Suptenndu Group:  The group has been created on the year of 2004 started in memory of Great Entrepreneur & Philanthropist Lt. Suptendu Dutta. Our group formerly known as Genex Group. With time to time we are upgrading our educational branches covering professional & main stream studies under different college banner. Our faculties are selected not only on the ground of educational merits but with practical experience in their respected subjects. Our first project we initiated with B.Ed. College in Chinsurah. Under the umbrella of Genex Suptenndu Group we have 7 Units- Genex B.Ed. College, Suptendu Memorial D.Ed. College, Genex College of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology, Genex Nursing Institute, Lakshmi Nursing institute, Basudeb Nursing Academy &  Genex Public School.

Our Mission: To provide high quality nursing education with a broad theoretical base & diverse clinical experience that enables an individual to become a competent nurse in professional practice.  As health care specialist we constantly strive to improve the way we run the course with full satisfaction of client. We start by making the assessment of the patient & follow through. We help our students involving in community care program also. Presently according to importance for the health care system, we must keep in mind that nurses are fundamental to an effective medical team. To further enhance the development of our students, we provide comprehensive soft-skills training, opportunities for outdoor practice at government hospitals, comfortable hostel facilities, a hygienic canteen, and assistance with job placement, education loans, and scholarship programs. Additionally, we organize cultural programs and non-academic activities to foster communication skills and teach students to employ their intelligence during crisis situations.
